Poor Label Quality

I've ordered these trophies for several years of recitals. I've never had a complaint until now. The paper on the base (where you have details typed) is very thin. This year, the labels arrived damaged: bubbling on the edges with a few torn). It's a shame because that makes the whole item look very cheap.

I decided to buy trophy's with this site instead of another site I was looking at because I bought medals here that were exquisite. But, I guess I didn't look close enough because I thought the trophy's would have an actual marble base and it was plastic. It was a great monetary deal, but I was a little disappointed giving them to the kids who had worked really hard. Great site though! Awesome medallions!

I was genuinely surprised and please with the quality of this trophy. I have order trophies for my elementary chorus/special recognitions before however, they were more expensive and shipping was outrageous. Not only did I receive inexpensive engraving..nearly free..shipping was affordable and WOW>>>>>MY ORDER ARRIVED QUICKLY I have shared this with the middle school music teacher & I believe we will be both bulk ordering trophies, pins, etc.....
