My kids, ages 9 and 6 loved these medals we gave them which awarded them for their outstanding job in reading at school. They received certificates from school, but we wanted them to feel even more rewarded for their amazing accomplishments this past school year.

The medals are of good quality. However, packaging was poorly done. There was only one clear tape across the top of the box (#20). The sides and the bottom of the box were split open and items could have fallen out. It was heavy with 59 medals and some ribbons, and one plastic bag that contained the medals had a hole with the medals falling out into the box. There wasn't any padding for the items either. This poor packaging had happened to me before where the box was half-opened. Please feedback to your packaging department.
