I ordered 8 of these plaques for a middle school coronation, and I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. I had them in about 3 days, and they looked great...exactly what I wanted. I will be using Jones every year for this.

The plaques are perfect for our graduating 5th graders. They are so proud to receive them. Jones is quick and reliable, and very easy to deal with both online and in person. I loved the product, I would actually like to re order another one though, as I mis spelled the name on the plaque I ordered. :( I try calling the 1800# provided, but have no luck getting through as it only rings once and then stops, or rings busy.

The plaques are great! The ink type is bad though-blurred or pixelated. Not the quality that I'm used to in Jones products. Too late to reorder for my concert. I might go with another company next year.

The engraving was terrible! It was crooked had lines through it, some of the plates were attached off-center & some plates had scratches on them. We sent the entire order back and are waiting for them to be re-done. This year's order was certainly not of the excellent quality that we are used to from your company.
