Jones is great! I've used them several times and it's always quick and easy. I made a mistake with my last order. When I had to call in to customer service, the agent was understanding, pleasant and resolved my issue without a second thought. We have ordered this plaque the past 4 years. Plaques are always very nice and the service is very quick. I don't see us ordering anything other than this particular plaque for our awards.

Poor. Words cut off

I was so disappointed in your work because not all of the words I had put fit so they were simply cut short. This made the plaque look stupid. Somebody should've called me to go over the spacing and to let me know to shorten my award statement. Or an image of it should've been shown to me so I could proof it and make my own adjustments to fit.

The ready made plaques were nice, however a few years back you had the option of 8 1/2 X 11" and this year you did not offer that option. I would like that option offered once again.
