In early June, I had attempted to place a special order for your Custom Diploma Covers with a custom embossed logo not realizing the lead time for the embossing process. When I originally contacted your Customer Service department to place this order, I was told that special orders are normally two to three weeks out for delivery but that I could expedite the order if I was quick to place my order. I needed the covers for a June 24th event. On June 12th I placed my order only for the customer service representative to tell me that the earliest I could receive them was June 28th. Still wanting those particular diploma covers without the embossing, I was transferred to Catrease Belton and she changed my order to the stock item. Then, moments later, I got a return call from Catrease who informed me that I could get the Custom Diploma Covers with an embossed logo by June 24th and perhaps even a couple of days earlier. I quickly rushed through and approved the proofing process crossing my fingers that the order would arrive before the June 24th event. As promised, my order arrived on June 22nd two days prior to the event.

We were in a scramble for a new vendor because we did not like how our diploma covers came out last year. So many other companies either ghosted our request or just said it would take 2-4 months to turn around. Jones Awards was so pleasant to work with, quick turnaround on proofing and shipping. I can not recommend them enough! We were so pleased with our product, that we will be re-ordering with them next year.
