The product itself was as expected, a nice book style holder for two diplomas or other 8.5 x 11" certificates. The outstanding part was the service received from Jones School Supply Company. The order was acknowledged, shipped, and a follow-up was sent out with blazing speed. The order was correct and received much sooner than expected. Bravo Jones! This two-certificate diploma cover serves it's purpose very well - we include a certificate and a class photo for each of our graduates and this cover presents both beautifully. Of course the ease of ordering and speedy shipping are also excellent.
