The diploma covers are cheap and the edges curl. I would be embarrassed to give them out at graduation. I had to order them twice, and the response from Jones Awards was prompt and satisfactory, but I still had the trouble of the edges curling with the second order.

I ordered 2 diploma cases and both of them are slightly bent upwards. They don’t close properly making the inside to be exposed. I’m very disappointed

Ordered 20 diploma covers for our church. Placing the order was very easy and the items arrived quickly. When I started pulling the beautiful covers out of the box, someone from shipping had (I assumed accidently) dropped and packed an ink pen vertically in the box that made indentations in the middle of some of the diploma covers and edges were terribly wrinkled on others, a total of 15 were not satisfactory, even after I tried to smooth the imperfections. Called Jones School Supply, told them about the situation, and the customer rep on the phone apologized for what happened and without hesitation put another order in to replace the 15 diploma covers at no charge. Got them in 2 days in great condition. I experienced Jones School Supply's guarantee to be "truly" simple and unconditional.

Superb Acetate Sheets

These acetate sheets for diploma covers are easy to use and look fantastic on our diploma covers which are used for citations. Another brand was purchased initially, but they were hard to separate. The sheets held too much static, causing the acetate sheets on a 2-panel cover to cling together and pull the pages out when opened.
