Nice but not what i asked for

The folders were printed nicely. They are decent quality for the price. However, I asked for them to be printed horizontally and got vertical printed folders.

We were a little disappointed with the personalized value folders we got this year. We have gotten these folders for several years now and never had a problem before now. We received several folders that didn't have the red foil embossed on them, just the imprint. Luckily we ordered extra and didn't have to use them. Also, the embossing was done so hard that it printed through the entire folder to the back. Like I said before we have never had this problem and hopefully we won't again.
