Engraving accommodation

The instructions for engraving allowed 12 characters per line. The name I needed exceeded the limit of 12, so I put the first name on line 1 and the last name on line 2, with abbreviated info on line 3. However, since a second medal I ordered was able to accommodate a student's full name on line 1 and I was able to include more complete info on lines 2 & 3, the employee handling my order noticed the similarity of the medals and took the initiative to fit the longer full name on line 1, with complete info on lines 2&3. I greatly appreciate the effort to go above & beyond routine processing in the care and attention given to my order. Thank you!

I find Jones medals to be of excellent quality, even better price when you have to order in bulk, and their delivery service is second to none!! A 10 out of 10 for me. We have used for several years and will continue to do so.

I was a little bit disappointed when I received the metals. Although the metals them self are really nice they do not come with any sort of lanyard to hang around the students neck. I do not feel like this is clearly stated in the description. I also thought that the black label option on the back of the metal did not come out very well it is basically a sticker stuck on the back of the metal. The stickers were cut unevenly and look sloppy
