I ordered medals for the first time. (I've ordered certificates many times) I had a medal show up with no hook. I've been nothing but pleased with certificates, but I had to give a thirteen year old, who deserved a medal for academics, a medal and ribbon separately, due to the medal being broken!! I promised her a new medal, but was not about to let her go home for the summer with nothing. Now that school is out, I'll have to order her another medal and her receive it late. I would like a return contact about this! I'll change my rating if this is made right!
