These medals surpassed my expectation. They are of good quality, easy to attach to the ribbons, and the students were VERY excited to actually get GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE medals for their olympic trials. I was pleased to be able to award a MUSIC medal, rather than settle for another. This product helped my students feel special. THANK YOU!

The medals are very nice, but I was disappointed on how they were shipped. I ordered over 50 medals and had them engraved on the back (not laser). When the medals arrived, they were ALL put into one ziploc bag (that ripped during shipment) and NO PACKING. They were banging around in the box which caused the black plate that the engraving was on to become scratched and damaged. I didn't expected them to come in velvet-lines containers, but was very disappointed that they were shipped this carelessly. Also, the box was only sealed shut on one side, two sides were not sealed at all. I called customer service and they said they would redo the engraved plates for the backs of the medals and that I could replace them. I haven't heard back yet, so I can't comment on customer service yet. I'm not happy about having to do the extra work, but when it is all done, the medals will be nice.

They are nicely decorated. I am a teacher so I write students' names on the back with a black sharpie rather than paying for the engraving. Great reward for my students and good value for me!

Value Medals

I like the medals. The only suggestion I have is to make more of the same style for more selection. Not all sports/ activity were avail and not all academics were avail under the value medals. This made it difficult to order trying to make all of them look the same. Would love to see the same price break for mixing the medals.

The participant medals and ribbons were great. We gave them to each child who ran in our PTO road race and the kids loved them. I realized we didn't have enough as we had a lot more people registering to run than expected. I called Jones and asked for them to extend our volume pricing to the additional items I needed and was told that was not possible. I think given that the new order would have been shortly after the previous order that they should have made this happen - a simple thing to do to keep a customer happy and coming back. We were all a bit stunned that the answer was NO.
