I was very disappointed in the quality of the certificates. For the cost of the certificates, I expected much better quality. I would have been better off creating my own certificates and printing them out on cardstock. I won't be ordering certificates from this company again in the future.

I was sent ATHLETIC achievement certificates instead of the PARTICIPATION certificates that I ordered but I had enough extras of the others that we were able to make it work. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the products.

All of these certificates (gold, red, green, blue) look great, nice heavy paper, but they are NOT consistent from year to year as far as alignment. One year the bottom lines are 1 1/2 inch from the bottom and the next year they are 1 3/4 above. So I have to spend extra time realigning my own template each time - your template doesn't work for our needs.

I was very disappointed to find the lines were not the same as the previous certificates. I used my template to import names on them and ended up having to throw away many because of the change. A notice saying they were different would have been helpful.
