I ordered this medal engraved and it shipped in a day. There was a typo and I emailed to request a replacement. With no questions asked they quickly redid the medal and shipped it in time for my awards. Great service!

I've decided to stop buying my engraved medals from Jones for two reasons. 1) They NEVER get the engraving centered and level. It's incredible. The medals are usually pretty nice quality but the terrible engraving work makes them basically useless. 2) They put all the medals in one plastic bag for shipping. The medals get bounced around during shipping and rub against each other and get scratched up. I've tried Jones several times for engraved medals but now I'm done.
