These ribbons looked fantastic when I received them. I also received them very quickly! My only con was when ordering them and doing a custom image I couldn't figure out how to upload it. As the there wasn't a link where it said, but after calling and talking to a representative she told me to email it with an order number. It all worked out, but after logging into my account I found an obscure place to upload it - I think that could be a little more user friendly.

Quality of ribbon is good, but quality of printing on 1st batch I received was terrible … letters were smudged and run together; completely unusable. Unclear how quality control would have released for shipment. That said, I contacted Jones and they apologized and immediately ran a new batch and next day air shipped to me at no additional cost. The 2nd batch was excellent, as was the company concern for quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely will use Jones again and recommend them. If your order is goofed up, do contact them and they will make it right!!

I ordered the lapel ribbons with custom pins. I was so disappointed when I got my ribbons and there was a small safety pin attached to the back. I expected the clip pin normally found on name tag badges. Next time I will just order the peel and stick. It'll be faster attaching and will cost less.
