Leatherette Certificate frames

I was very disappointed with the quality and packaging of these items. The last frames I ordered were in packages of two and were not stuck together and ripping each frame as you pull them apart. I have 13 frames that the glue was showing on and torn pieces from glue sticking on them. I probably could have taken a black marker and touched up the torn ones somehow but I should not have to do that.I would not order these from your company again.

Jones offered the frames at the right price which was our initial reason for ordering from them. I couldn't believe how quickly they were shipped to us, and I love their online shipment tracker! Out of 350 there were about 10 frames we couldn't use because they had rips or tears but overall we were happy with the quality of the product.

Didn't like the gold trim

The gold trim looked a little worn and faded. A plain frame without the gold trim would look more updated.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. The corners were damaged to include the ones that came in the sealed plastic. Several of the easels had the leatherette paper torn back and one one of the frames the side was coming apart. I returned the entire order. This order was obviously not inspected before it was shipped.

The leatherettes were very nice. We purchased the burgandy frames. The certificate paper we used had a little red in the border and the red frames made the red in the certificates really pop! Everyone loved how they looked. They arrived quickly after I purchased them online. Excellent product, excellent service. Thanks.
